These Terms of Service govern your use of appz.com and its related services. By using Appz, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use Appz. If you use Appz for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. What Appz provides

Appz helps people discover and follow AI apps, models, prompts, and related resources. Features may include listings, public profiles, rankings, comments, collections, follows, badges, alerts, and tools for app owners. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts and public profiles

You may sign in with an email address or a supported third-party account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your display name, handle, profile photo, bio, links, badges, activity, and other information marked as public may appear on your public profile and elsewhere on Appz. Do not impersonate another person or use a handle you are not entitled to use. You can edit profile information or delete your account through the available account controls.

4. Listings, submissions, and claims

If you submit or claim an app, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have authority to provide it, and that it does not violate another party’s rights. Submission or verification does not guarantee publication, placement, ranking, promotion, or continued availability. Appz may edit formatting, request proof, correct factual errors, reject submissions, or remove listings to protect the quality and safety of the service.

5. Your content and the license you give Appz

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as descriptions, comments, images, logos, and profile information. You give Appz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and create technical adaptations of that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote Appz.

This license ends when the content is deleted, except where a limited copy must remain in backups, legal or security records, content shared in community discussions, or material Appz or another party may use under an independent right.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Appz to:

• break the law or violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• post deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content;
• send spam, manipulate votes or rankings, create fake engagement, or misrepresent affiliations;
• introduce malware, probe security, disrupt the service, or bypass access or rate limits;
• scrape or automate access in a way that creates an unreasonable load or violates published controls; or
• use Appz content or personal data to build unlawful profiles or contact people without a valid basis.

7. Community moderation

Appz may review, restrict, label, or remove content and may limit accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, respond to reports, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We do not promise to review every item. If you believe content violates your rights, contact us with enough detail to investigate.

8. Third-party apps and links

Listings and links may lead to services operated by others. Appz does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, pricing, practices, or promises. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them or sharing information.

9. Listing and AI information

App descriptions, prices, availability, ratings, model details, and other information can change or be incomplete. Appz does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, safe, suitable, or currently available. Content on Appz is general information, not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Evaluate tools and outputs before relying on them.

10. Emails and app alerts

We may send service messages needed to operate your account. If you subscribe to newsletters or app alerts, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or the controls in your account. Some security and account notices cannot be disabled while your account remains active.

11. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Appz at any time and may delete your profile using the account deletion page. Deletion is intended to permanently remove your profile and associated account content, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Appz may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks, or harm to the service or others.

12. Appz intellectual property

Appz and its original software, design, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. No warranty

To the extent allowed by law, Appz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, or that content will always be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Appz and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

15. Your responsibility

If your content, submissions, or misuse of Appz causes a third-party claim, you agree to be responsible for the resulting losses and reasonable costs to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply where the claim was caused by Appz’s own actions or where applicable consumer law says otherwise.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of Appz, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Appz changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
