Create an account on AngelList, set up a unique Relay email address, and begin forwarding relevant investment emails or documents to it for AI processing. It handles PDFs, DOCX files, and email content containing legal agreements (like SAFEs, SPAs), investor updates, or other portfolio communications, as long as key identifiers like company and fund names are present. By default it only processes emails you manually forward to your Relay address, though an optional full inbox sync feature exists for broader scanning. It parses over 40 terms, including pro rata rights, information rights, pay-to-play provisions, inspection rights, and IPO lock-up details. It extracts metrics like revenue, burn rate, cash position, customer count, fundraising status, plus business and product summaries from updates.
