Designed to overcome the limitations of traditional chatbots—such as short memory spans and lack of factual grounding—BlenderBot 2.0 can store pertinent knowledge gathered during conversations for multi-session interactions and generate its own search queries to reference up-to-date web information in real-time. It provides more knowledgeable, factually consistent, and engaging long-term conversations compared to its predecessor.
