Briefance

Briefance is a vertical AI SaaS for freelancers, designers, developers, and small agencies. It takes any chaotic client input — an email, a Slack thread, a half-written PDF, a transcribed voice note — and converts it into a structured, sendable project brief. Scope, timeline, budget range, deliverables, missing questions, and a one-click proposal. All in seconds. Every freelance project starts with a messy client message. What follows is a 1–2 hour scoping ritual: extracting requirements, listing missing info, estimating effort, writing clarification emails. Briefance compresses that entire process into 3 seconds. How it works: Drop in any client input (email, PDF, DOCX, Slack thread) → Briefance AI extracts project type, scope, deliverables, timeline, budget range, missing info, and risk flags → Export as branded PDF, share via trackable link, or convert to a proposal with acceptance flow. Key features: Smart multi-format input, streaming AI generation, editable structured output, multi-language support, branded PDF export, client view tracking, one-click proposal conversion, team collaboration, email forwarding inbox, Slack import, and template library. Free tier: 5 briefs/month, no card required. Pro: $19/mo. Agency: $49/mo with team seats.
