classet

Classet solves the core problem that breaks high-volume hiring: recruiters can't be fast and consistent across hundreds of candidates simultaneously. Our AI recruiting agent engages every applicant instantly, runs structured interviews around the clock, and automatically delivers qualified candidates straight to your ATS, eliminating the manual work that consumes 60% of recruiter time. The result is hiring that becomes 30-50% more effective without disrupting your existing workflow. Top candidates no longer disappear while waiting for responses, recruiter burnout drops as teams get their nights and weekends back, and the candidate experience improves dramatically because every applicant receives immediate, consistent engagement. Classet plugs directly into your current ATS and process, so you get faster time-to-hire, better candidate quality, and a calmer recruiting operation without ripping and replacing anything your team already uses.
