DocsKoala watches your merged GitHub PRs and turns them into help articles, automatically. Most teams write documentation the same broken way. Someone has to remember, after shipping a feature, to update the help center. In practice that rarely happens on time. Docs trigger two ways: automatically on PR merge to main, or on demand by tagging "/koala" in a commit message or PR description. DocsKoala classifies each merged change (is this customer facing?), retrieves related existing articles, and drafts an update grounded only in the diff and PR title. It never invents claims the diff doesn't support. A built in critique pass checks every draft before you see it. For example, if a draft claims a feature is "available on all plans" but that wasn't in the diff, the critique step strips it out automatically. Every draft lands in a Review Inbox with a confidence score, typically 85 to 95 percent. You approve, edit, or dismiss with one click. Nothing publishes without explicit human approval.
