About GLM-5.3
GLM-5.3 is Z.ai's August 2026 coding model. It improves 50% over GLM-5.2 on Z.ai Code Bench, jumps from 4.6 to 28.3 on Terminal-Bench 3.0 and 46.2 to 66.9 on DeepSWE v1.1, and scores 84.5 on the CyberGym vulnerability-discovery benchmark. Z.ai delayed the open-weight release roughly two weeks after launch for safety evaluation, offering API access at $1.40/$4.40 per million tokens and a staged "trusted access" program for the model's most sensitive cyber capabilities.
