About LumaDisk
LumaDisk is a native disk space analyzer for Mac and Windows that shows you exactly where your storage went. Point it at any drive and it scans in seconds, then draws an interactive sunburst map: the biggest folders appear as the widest arcs, and you drill into any of them with a click. No more guessing, no more digging through Finder or Explorer folder by folder. It's built with developers in mind. LumaDisk automatically detects node_modules, Cargo target, Xcode DerivedData, Docker layers, Hugging Face and other ML model caches, and every other regenerable folder that quietly eats tens of gigabytes. It flags only what safely rebuilds, so you reclaim space without touching real data. Duplicate and largest-file finders round out the cleanup, and cloud drives are mapped too, including cloud-only files in iCloud Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. Under the hood it's a Rust app built with GPUI, the UI framework behind the Zed editor, which is why it feels instant instead of like a web page in a window. There's no telemetry and no analytics; scans never leave your machine. Pricing is simple: one-time, lifetime updates, no subscription.
