Mouldie

Mouldie is an online tool that checks damp and mould risk in UK rental properties. It uses official EPC data for a given address and applies AI to evaluate insulation quality, glazing, heating performance and ventilation, helping predict the likelihood of condensation. Tenants receive an instant report with a straightforward risk score, estimated heating costs, and practical advice on whether to negotiate with the landlord or walk away. The service is completely free for tenants and provides solid evidence to support discussions with landlords.
