About Navira Fitness

Fitness apps have done a great job of tracking users' workouts. In tracking workouts, a few have added coaching, community, or AI as aspects that drive the business. The gap is that a limited number have considered what the user needs individually to achieve their goals and how they go about achieving said goal. Navira takes the user's data and organizes it into actionable feedback that users can implement or pass. This creates a more fluid approach that takes the user's life into account and not a static plan that might not work for them. KEY FEATURES • Fast workout logging for lifting, strength training, and gym workouts • Track sets, reps, weight, notes, rest, PRs, and volume • Strength programs and workout presets • Add a deload period to work at a percentage of current capacity • Use insights to know when it's time to progress for particular exercises • Progressive overload tracking for better lifting progress • Exercise history, personal records, 1RM, and performance metrics • Training analytics, progress charts, and simple stats • Muscle distribution to show where your workouts are focused • Track your workout from your lock screen with iOS Live Activity • Personal insights based on your workout data • Body measurement trends for weight, waist, and more • Upload workout plans from images or PDFs • Offline-ready workout tracking • Built-in rest timer, 1RM calculator, max heart rate zones, and fitness tools • Import workout history from popular fitness apps
