Yes. The core is Apache-2.0 and self-hostable for free with no time limit. Preloop Cloud (hosted) and Enterprise add teams, RBAC and support.
Do you charge for the tokens my agents use?
No. With your own provider keys you pay your provider directly; Preloop never marks it up. Plans include a built-in model allowance instead.
Is there a free trial?
No trial is offered; the Free plan works with your own keys and no card, so you can govern real agent traffic before paying.
Can I self-host instead of using Cloud?
Yes. The Apache-2.0 edition self-hosts free with no time limit, including the MCP firewall, model gateway and policy engine.
