It works with OpenAI GPT series, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, local LLMs via Ollama, and any model compatible with the Model Context Protocol. As a local extension, code stays on your machine unless sent to external APIs; use .rooignore for exclusions and local models for full privacy. It uses partial analysis and summarization to process large projects efficiently, suitable for enterprise-scale repositories.
