About You Have Time

You Have Time is an anti-procrastination app built for people who know exactly what they need to do and still can't start it. Most productivity apps ask you to build habits, maintain streaks, and follow a system. But that's not why people procrastinate. The problem isn't organization — it's starting. You Have Time was built specifically for that moment. How it works: Connect your Google Calendar and the app finds your actual free gaps today — not hypothetical time, real open blocks. Then it shows you every task on your list ranked by how long you've been avoiding it. The truth is uncomfortable. That's the point. When you're ready to do something about it, you have four options: Do it — the app matches your task to a free time block, schedules it, and follows up 24 hours later to ask if you actually did it. AI it — Claude AI drafts emails, does research, writes documents, and helps you think through problems. The task gets handled without you having to do it yourself. Delegate it — hand it off to someone else. The app drafts the message for you so the handoff is effortless. Book a service — some tasks just need a professional. The app helps you identify which ones and points you in the right direction. What makes it different: No streaks. No gamification. No shame. You Have Time is built on the belief that accountability and empathy aren't opposites — you can be honest about your time without being harsh about it. The app also has an Overwhelm Mode. When everything feels like too much, it shifts into a reset-first experience — suggesting meditation, breathwork, a walk, or a workout before asking anything of you. Because a depleted person can't be expected to just power through. Built for: Anyone who keeps moving the same task to tomorrow People with ADHD who experience task paralysis and need a gentler, more honest tool Busy professionals who are carrying tasks that were never theirs to do Anyone who has ever said "I don't have time" and known deep down that wasn't quite true Real outcomes: See exactly how many free minutes you have today Know how long every task has been sitting on your list Get the task done, delegated, or off your plate entirely Stop ending every day feeling like you failed You Have Time is the crossroads of accountability meets empathy when you need it. Tech stack: Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, Google OAuth, Anthropic API, Resend Launching June 1, 2026. Waitlist open at youhavetime.co.
