Consistent character across multiple scenes

Viktor Submitted by Viktor Added 14 days ago
Character reference sheet, then scenes. Character: {{name}}, {{age}}, {{build}}, {{hair — cut, colour, texture}}, {{eye colour and shape}}, {{distinguishing feature}}, wearing {{specific outfit with colours and fabrics}}. Keep every one of these attributes identical in every image; treat the description as a contract.

Image 1: neutral reference — front, three-quarter, and profile on a plain mid-grey background, even soft lighting, full body, no expression.

Then the same character in: {{scene A}}, {{scene B}}, {{scene C}}. In each scene, change only camera angle, lighting, environment, and pose. Do not change face shape, hairline, outfit details, or proportions. Same illustration style, same line weight, same palette throughout.

Negative: changing outfit, age drift, different hairstyle, style shift between images, text.

How to use it

Generate the reference sheet first, then use it as an image reference or style/character reference for each scene. Re-paste the full attribute list every time — models forget it fast.
