Competitor messaging map from public pages

Viktor Submitted by Viktor Added 23 days ago
Research these competitors: {{list}}. Use only their live public pages, docs, pricing, changelogs, and job posts.

Build a messaging map:
1. Table per competitor: hero claim (quoted) | who they name as the customer | the enemy they position against | proof types used | pricing model | what they conspicuously never mention.
2. Cluster the claims. Which claims are table stakes because everyone makes them?
3. Name the two positioning spaces nobody currently occupies, and the reason each might be empty for a good reason.
4. From job posts and changelogs, infer where each is investing next.
5. Finish with three claims we could make that at least two competitors could not honestly copy.

Cite a URL for every quoted claim. Mark anything inferred as INFERENCE.

How to use it

Run in a tool with live browsing. The 'never mention' column and the job-post signal are where the real intel is.
