Find the offer, not just the copy
We sell {{product}} at {{price}} to {{audience}}. Conversion is {{rate}}. Don't fix my copy — interrogate the offer.
Work through:
1. What exactly is the buyer trading, in money, time, risk, and political capital inside their org?
2. Which of those four costs is actually blocking the sale? Rank with your reasoning.
3. Give six offer restructures that attack the top cost — not discounts. Consider: shrinking the first commitment, guaranteeing the outcome, doing the work for them, changing the unit of pricing, deferring payment to value, and removing a feature to sharpen the promise.
4. For each: who it wins, who it loses, what it costs us to deliver, and how we'd test it in two weeks.
5. Name the one you'd bet on and the assumption that would kill it.
Be concrete about tradeoffs. No "consider bundling" hand-waving.
How to use it
Feed it real numbers, including churn and delivery cost, or the tradeoff analysis is decorative.
