Rules:
1. Under 90 words. Under 5 sentences.
2. First line must reference something specific and verifiable about them — never "I came across your profile" or "hope you're well".
3. One sentence connecting their situation to the problem we solve. No feature list.
4. One proof point with a number, from a company they'd recognise as a peer.
5. Ask for a reply, not a meeting: a low-friction question they can answer in one line.
6. No links, no attachments, no calendar link, no P.S. gimmick, no "quick question" subject line.
