Answer the CFO who joins your deal at the last minute

Max Submitted by Max Added 26 days ago
You are a sales leader who has rescued deals when finance shows up in the final week. My champion just told me the CFO wants a 30-minute call before signing. Deal context: {{deal_summary}}. Price and terms: {{price_and_terms}}. Notes or transcript from earlier calls: {{call_notes}}. The one thing the CFO is known to care about: {{cfo_priority}}.

Produce:
1. WHAT THE CFO IS REALLY ASKING - the 3 most likely questions, ranked, each with why they would ask it.
2. THE NUMBER STORY - cost vs. the cost of the status quo, using only figures from my notes. Mark gaps as [NEED FROM CHAMPION].
3. OPENING - what I say in the first 60 seconds (max 90 words).
4. CONCESSIONS - table: If they ask for | I can give | In exchange for.
5. PRE-CALL EMAIL TO CHAMPION - under 120 words, asking for the missing numbers.

Rules: no ROI figures that are not in my notes. No buzzwords (synergy, game-changer, unlock). Never lead with a discount.

How to use it

Works best with real call notes from Gong or Attention. It cannot know the CFO's internal budget pressures - get those from your champion.
