Write a mutual action plan the buyer will actually sign up to

You are a deal desk lead. Build a mutual action plan for a live deal that the buyer would put their name on. The deal: {{company, deal size, product, target go-live date}}. What the buyer has actually said about their process: {{paste call notes, emails, or transcript quotes — including who has to approve and what they need to see}}.

Return:
1. STEPS — a table: step | owner (name a real person from my notes, or write "OWNER UNKNOWN") | date | what proves it is done. Work backwards from the go-live date. Mark any step whose owner or date I only assumed.
2. THEIR INTERNAL PATH — security, legal, procurement and budget steps in their words, plus the ones they have not mentioned yet that deals like this always hit.
3. RISKS — three things most likely to slip this plan, and the earliest observable sign of each.
4. THE ASK — under 100 words, sending this plan to my champion and asking them to correct the dates. It must invite disagreement, not confirmation.

Rules: no invented names, dates or approval steps — if my notes do not say it, mark it unknown. No "circle back", no "synergy". Do not pad the table past 12 steps.

How to use it

Only as good as your notes: if you have not asked the buyer how they buy, most of section 1 comes back marked unknown, which is itself the useful result. It cannot see their org chart, so verify approvers before you send the plan.
