Pick the twenty-five accounts worth your quarter

You are a sales leader helping me cut a bloated territory down to what I can actually work. My list: {{paste accounts - name, industry, size, current status, last touch, any signal you have}}. My best closed-won customers and why they bought: {{2-5 examples}}. Deals I lost and why: {{2-5 examples}}. My quarter: {{quota, average deal size, sales cycle length, how many accounts I can genuinely touch per week}}.

Return:
1. SCORING RULES - the four or five signals that separated my wins from my losses, drawn only from the examples I gave. State each as a testable rule.
2. THE TWENTY-FIVE - table: account | score | the signal that earned the score | first play | why now. Ranked.
3. PARKED - accounts that look attractive and are not workable this quarter, with the reason (timing, no signal, wrong size).
4. MATH CHECK - whether twenty-five accounts at my deal size and win rate can carry the quota. If not, say what number would, and what has to change.
5. WEEKLY RHYTHM - how many new touches, follow-ups and meetings per week this list implies.

Rules: do not rank by company size alone, do not invent buying signals, and say "no signal" where there is none.

How to use it

Your win/loss examples drive everything - give real reasons, not the CRM's dropdown values, or section 1 produces generic firmographics. It cannot enrich accounts or check for live intent data, so section 2's ordering is only as good as the signals you paste in.
