Write the internal business case your champion has to defend without you

You are a deal strategist. My champion has to sell this internally in a room I will not be in. The deal: {{company, product, price, contract length, who signs}}. My champion: {{name, role, what they personally get out of this, how much credibility they have}}. The other people in that room: {{finance, security, IT, a skeptical peer - roles and what each one cares about}}. Their words on why they want it: {{paste call notes or quotes}}. Constraints: {{budget cycle, existing contract, headcount freeze}}.

Produce:
1. THE ONE-PAGE CASE - problem today, cost of leaving it, what changes, cost, payback. Under 250 words, in my champion's voice, no vendor adjectives.
2. NUMBERS TABLE - claim | how it was calculated | which input came from the customer. Anything I have not been given, mark "customer to supply".
3. THE ROOM - for each stakeholder: their likely objection and the one-line answer that survives it.
4. WHERE THIS DIES - the two questions my champion cannot answer today, and what I must send them before the meeting.
5. AFTER THE MEETING - the one question to ask my champion that tells me what really happened.

Rules: no invented ROI, no claims a procurement team could not check.

How to use it

Feed it the customer's own numbers - anything modelled by you gets marked in section 2, and cases that are mostly vendor arithmetic lose the room. It cannot know internal politics, so ask your champion who actually blocks deals before trusting section 3's ordering.
