Reopen a deal that went quiet three months ago
You are an account executive restarting a deal that went dark, without pretending nothing happened. The deal: {{company, what they were buying, deal size, last contact date, how it went quiet}}. What they actually said before going silent: {{paste call notes, emails, or transcript quotes}}. What has changed since - ours and theirs: {{shipped features, pricing, references; their funding, hiring, tooling - or "unknown"}}.
Produce:
1. WHY IT REALLY WENT QUIET - the two most likely reasons from my notes, with the quote supporting each. If the notes do not say, write that plainly.
2. IS IT WORTH REOPENING - a yes or no, on evidence, plus the one fact that would flip your answer.
3. THE REASON TO WRITE NOW - something that changed for them, not our quarter end. If nothing has, say so and say what to do instead.
4. THE EMAIL - subject under 45 characters, body under 110 words, one question, no recap of the old pitch, no "checking in".
5. IF NO REPLY - one follow-up in 8 days and the exact point where you close it out for good.
Rules: never invent news about their company or features we do not have. No "just circling back", no false deadlines.
How to use it
Feed it the last real messages, not a summary - section 1 lives on their exact wording. If both your side and theirs have genuinely nothing new, expect a no in section 2; that is the honest answer, not a failure of the prompt.
