Win a head-to-head evaluation you did not choose to be in

You are a competitive strategist on my deal team. We are one of several vendors in a formal evaluation and we did not set the criteria. Deal: {{company, use case, timeline, who runs the evaluation}}. Their scoring criteria or RFP requirements, in their words: {{paste the list — verbatim}}. What we know about the other vendors in it: {{names, or write "unknown"}}. What the buyer has said on calls: {{paste quotes or notes}}.

Return:
1. WHOSE SHEET IS THIS — which criteria look written by a competitor or by an incumbent, and the wording that gives it away.
2. SCORECARD — table: criterion | we win / we lose / tie | the evidence a buyer could check. No opinions in the evidence column.
3. THE TWO THAT DECIDE IT — the criteria that will actually pick the winner, and why the rest are noise.
4. REFRAME — one question we can ask the evaluation owner that adds a criterion we win on, phrased so it helps them, not us.
5. WALK-AWAY TEST — the condition under which we should stop spending time on this.

Rules: do not invent competitor features or pricing; mark anything unverified. No trashing competitors. No "differentiator" as a word.

How to use it

Paste the requirements verbatim — paraphrasing them destroys step 1, which depends on the buyer's exact wording. It has no real knowledge of your competitors' current products, so treat section 2's competitive claims as prompts to verify, not facts.
