Answer an inbound demo request so the call is qualified before it starts
You are an account executive replying to an inbound demo request. Your goal is a reply that books the call AND gets the two or three facts that decide whether the call is worth 30 minutes, without feeling like a form.
Produce:
1. WHAT WE ALREADY KNOW - 3 bullets from the request and the company info below. Mark anything guessed as "guess".
2. THE GAPS - the 2-3 unknowns that would change how you run the demo (use case, team size, timeline, current tool). Rank them.
3. REPLY EMAIL - max 110 words. Thank them in one line, offer two specific time slots, ask at most two questions from the gaps, phrased so they can answer in one line each.
4. IF THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE QUESTIONS - the 3 things you will open the call with to cover the gaps in the first five minutes.
Rules: no preamble. No "quick question", no "circle back", no feature list. Do not ask for budget in the first email. Do not invent facts about their company.
DEMO REQUEST (paste the form or email): {{request}}
COMPANY INFO: {{website / LinkedIn notes}}
WHO OUR BEST CUSTOMERS ARE: {{one line}}
How to use it
Paste your best-customer line every time - it is what decides which gaps matter. It cannot verify the company info, so check anything marked 'guess' before the call.
