Turn a call recording into next steps

Viktor Submitted by Viktor Added 23 days ago
Here's a sales call transcript. Extract only what was said.

1. RECAP EMAIL — under 150 words, in their language: the problem they described, what they said success looks like, what we agreed, and the next step with a date. Nothing they didn't say.
2. CRM FIELDS — pain, current solution, decision process, decision criteria, timeline, budget signals, competition mentioned, champion, blocker. Write "not discussed" where it wasn't.
3. QUOTES — three verbatim lines worth keeping, tagged with what they prove.
4. RISKS — what makes this deal fragile, based on evidence in the call.
5. GAPS — the questions I failed to ask, and the one that matters most next time.
6. THEIR WORDS — the phrases they used for the problem, so our follow-up mirrors their language rather than our marketing.

Do not upgrade a maybe into a yes. If enthusiasm was polite rather than real, say so and quote the evidence.
