Product demo video that shows the work, not the UI tour

Plan a {{90}}-second product demo for {{product}} aimed at {{audience}} who currently {{painful current workflow}}.

Structure it around one real job, completed start to finish — not a feature tour.

Output: a beat sheet with Time | What's on screen | What the viewer learns | VO line.

Rules: seconds 0-5 show the end result before explaining anything. Never say the word "platform". No navigation narration ("then I click here") — narrate the intent, show the click. Show one moment of real friction being removed, with the before-state visible. Include realistic data, never "Test Test" or lorem ipsum. Reveal at most three features, and only as they're needed by the job.

End with: the exact recording setup notes (window size, zoom level, cursor emphasis, what to hide) and the two moments most likely to need a retake.
