Ninety days of positioning-first content, not topics

Viktor Submitted by Viktor Added 20 days ago
Build a 90-day content plan for {{company}} selling {{product}} to {{audience}}.

Start from positioning, not topics:
1. State the one belief we need the market to hold. Then the three sub-beliefs that ladder to it.
2. For each sub-belief, list the objection that blocks it and the kind of evidence that dissolves it (data, demo, story, teardown, benchmark).
3. Only now propose 24 pieces, each tagged: sub-belief | format | funnel stage | evidence needed | who must be involved to make it credible.
4. Sequence them across 12 weeks so each week's piece can reference the last.
5. Name the 6 pieces to cut first if we lose half our capacity, and say what breaks.
6. Define the leading indicator per sub-belief that tells us the belief is shifting.

No keyword lists. No "5 tips" filler.

How to use it

Bring your real capacity constraint. The cut-list step is what makes this survive contact with a two-person team.
