3. ANOMALIES — things outside their normal range, with the range stated so I can judge.
4. TODAY'S SHAPE — the two calendar items that need preparation and what to prepare.
5. WORTH KNOWING — max 2 external items, and only if they'd change a decision I make this quarter.
6. WHAT I'M IGNORING — one line listing what you deliberately left out.

Rules: under 250 words total. No metric without a comparison. No news that doesn't affect me. If nothing needs a decision, say "no decisions needed" — do not manufacture items to fill the format. An empty briefing is a valid briefing.
