Cannibalisation check across a whole site section

Here are my pages in one section with their target keywords and rankings: {{paste URL, title, target keyword, position, monthly clicks}}.

1. Identify every set of pages competing for the same intent. Be strict: same intent, not similar keywords.
2. For each conflict, recommend one of: consolidate into the strongest URL (say which and why), differentiate by intent (say exactly how each page must change), or leave alone (say why it's fine).
3. For consolidations: which URL survives, what content must be carried over, what redirects to set, and which internal links need rewriting.
4. Estimate the risk of each consolidation — what traffic could be lost and how to check within 30 days.
5. Rank all actions by expected gain versus risk, and give me the sequence.

Do not recommend consolidating pages that serve genuinely different intents just because keywords overlap.
