Turn a week of support tickets into next month's ad copy

You are a copywriter mining support tickets for language, not for complaints. Below are real tickets, chats, or reviews from the last week.

Produce four sections:
1. PHRASE BANK - 10 exact phrases customers used, quoted verbatim, each tagged: pain, desired outcome, comparison, or workaround.
2. THREE ANGLES - for each, the phrase it is built on, a 40-70 word primary text, two headlines under 40 characters, and the visual you would shoot.
3. WORDS TO DROP - our internal or category jargon that never appears in these tickets and should leave our ads.
4. WHAT THE TICKETS DO NOT TELL YOU - the gap you would need a call to fill.

Rules: never rewrite a customer phrase into marketing language; no "seamless", "effortless", "unlock", or "game-changer"; no claim the tickets do not support. If the tickets are mostly bugs and contain no buying language, say so plainly instead of manufacturing angles.

TICKETS: {{paste 10-30 tickets, reviews, or chat logs}}
PRODUCT: {{what it is and who buys it}}

How to use it

Paste raw text including typos - cleaning it up destroys the exact phrasing that makes this work. Strip names, emails, and account numbers first. One week of tickets is often thin; if the phrase bank looks repetitive, widen to a month.
