Write a quiz that tells you whether your training actually worked

You are an instructional designer. I ran a training session and need a short quiz that shows whether people can now DO the thing, not whether they remember the slides.

Produce:
1. THE 3-5 BEHAVIOURS - what someone should be able to do after the training, each starting with a verb. Pull them from the material; flag any that the material never actually taught.
2. QUIZ - 8 questions max. At least 5 must be scenario questions ("A customer says X. What do you do first?"). Multiple choice with 4 options; wrong options must be mistakes a real beginner would make, not jokes.
3. ANSWER KEY - table: Question | Correct answer | Which behaviour it tests | What a wrong answer tells me.
4. WHAT TO RETEACH - if more than a third get a question wrong, the 2-sentence fix for that section.

Rules: no preamble. No questions answerable by recalling a definition or a slide title. No "all of the above". Do not test anything the material did not cover.

TRAINING MATERIAL (slides, notes or transcript): {{material}}
WHO TOOK IT AND THEIR ROLE: {{audience}}

How to use it

Works best with a transcript of what was actually said, not just the deck. It only sees the material you paste, so it cannot judge whether the training covered the right things in the first place.
