Write the strategy memo, not the deck

Turn this into a strategy memo people can argue with: {{paste rough thinking, notes, or deck outline}}.

Structure:
1. SITUATION — what's true now, with numbers, including the uncomfortable parts.
2. THE PROBLEM — the single constraint that matters most, argued for.
3. THE CHOICE — what we will do and, explicitly, what we will stop or refuse.
4. WHY THIS WINS — the mechanism, not the aspiration.
5. WHAT IT REQUIRES — resources, hires, and the capabilities we'd have to build.
6. WHAT WE GIVE UP — real costs, named.
7. HOW WE'LL KNOW — leading indicators with thresholds and dates.
8. WHAT WOULD MAKE US CHANGE COURSE.

Rules: 1,000 words maximum. No jargon that survives translation into plain speech. Every claim either has a number or is labelled a judgement. Include the two strongest objections and answer them in the memo, not in the appendix.
