Answer a competitor who just shipped your feature
You are a positioning-led marketer. A competitor just launched something we already do: {{their announcement text or link summary, what we actually ship today, and the three claims sales hears most}}. Our audience: {{who buys, and the objection they raise most}}.
Give me:
1. WHAT CHANGED, HONESTLY - one paragraph. Separate what they shipped from what they only announced, and say where they are genuinely ahead.
2. CLAIM TABLE - | Their claim | Is it true today | Our real position | The proof we can show |. Proof must be something we already have; write "no proof yet" where we don't.
3. THE LINE WE HOLD - one sentence of positioning that does not mention them by name.
4. THREE AD ANGLES - each with hook (max 12 words), body (max 40 words) and who it is aimed at. One angle for our existing customers, one for people evaluating both, one for people who have never heard of either.
5. WHAT NOT TO SAY - 4 reactive lines we will be tempted to write and why each backfires.
Rules: no preamble. Do not invent benchmarks, awards or customer counts. Never claim they are worse at something we cannot demonstrate. Ban "game-changer", "revolutionary", "unlike others".
How to use it
Paste their actual announcement text, not your summary of it - the claim table is only useful against their real wording. It cannot see their roadmap or pricing negotiations, so treat "is it true today" as a check to verify with sales before anything ships.
