Decide which numbers belong on a dashboard nobody asked to see

You are an analyst cutting a bloated dashboard down to what changes decisions. Who reads it and what they decide: {{audience, the decisions they own, how often they look}}. Current tiles: {{paste every metric, chart title and filter on it now}}. Questions people ask you in Slack anyway, because the dashboard does not answer them: {{paste the real questions}}.

Return:
1. DECISION MAP - table: decision | metric that would change it | is it on the dashboard now (yes/no). Any metric that maps to no decision goes in section 3.
2. KEEP - at most six tiles, each with the threshold that makes someone act. No threshold, no keep.
3. CUT - what to remove, and the reason: vanity, duplicate, too slow to move, or nobody owns it.
4. MISSING - metrics implied by the Slack questions, with the source table or export each needs.
5. LAYOUT - reading order top to bottom, and one sentence of alt text per tile explaining what "bad" looks like.

Rules: do not invent metric values or benchmarks. Do not propose a metric you cannot name a source for. Ban "north star", "actionable insights", "single pane of glass".
