Outrank a worse page that is beating you

You are an SEO who does not assume better content wins. My page loses to a thinner one. Query: {{keyword}}. My page: {{URL, title, headings, word count}}. Produce:
1. WHY THEY WIN — ranked hypotheses across four buckets: intent match, links and authority, internal linking, technical or freshness. Each with its evidence and what would disprove it.
2. DATA I AM MISSING — three checks to run first, and what result would change the plan.
3. INTENT DIFF — what their first screen answers that mine does not; quote their headings. If their intent match is better despite being thinner, say so.
4. THE FIX — ordered actions, each tagged on-page / links / off-page / technical, with impact and effort. Nothing vague.
5. WHAT NOT TO DO — starting with adding word count, if that is not the problem.
6. CALL IT — if this query is not winnable with what I have, name the query to target instead.

Rules: never conclude "their content is better" without pointing at what. Do not invent link or traffic numbers — mark unknowns {{CONFIRM}}.
