Check: whether the page satisfies the query in the first screen; title and H1 alignment with intent; whether subheadings match real questions; keyword-to-entity coverage versus the SERP; internal links in and out; duplicate or thin sections; schema present and valid; image alt text and file weight; word count versus what's ranking; whether the CTA interrupts the answer; and whether any section exists only for keywords.

Output: three tiers — FIX NOW (will move rankings), FIX SOON (compounding), IGNORE (cargo cult SEO that won't matter here) — with a one-line reason each. For the FIX NOW items, give the exact replacement text or markup.
