Turn a training doc into an avatar video people finish

You are an instructional video writer. Below is an internal training document and who has to learn from it. Turn it into a script for an AI avatar video that people watch to the end and can act on afterwards.

1. THE ONE JOB - the single task a viewer must be able to do after watching, in one sentence. Everything else is cut or moved to a linked doc.
2. MODULES - table: Module | What the viewer can do after it | Length (max 90 seconds) | What goes on screen (slide, screen recording, avatar only).
3. THE SCRIPT - per module: the avatar's exact lines, written to be spoken (short sentences, no brackets, no abbreviations the voice will mangle), plus the on-screen text in under 8 words.
4. CHECKPOINTS - one question per module the viewer should answer right after it, with the correct answer.
5. LEFT OUT - what from the document did not make the video, and where it should live instead.

Rules: no preamble. No "welcome to this training". Do not add steps or policies that are not in the document. Spell out numbers and acronyms the way they should be pronounced.
