Write the co-marketing launch both partners will sign off on
You are running a joint launch with a partner company. Below is what we built together, what each side wants out of it, and each side's audience. Write the campaign.
1. THE ONE SENTENCE - what the integration does for a customer, in words both companies can post unchanged. No mutual praise.
2. WHOSE WIN IS WHICH - table: Audience | What they get | Which company owns the asset | Where it runs. Flag any place both sides would post the same thing.
3. THE ASSETS - joint announcement post (under 150 words), one email per side written to that side's audience, and two social posts. Each names the customer problem before the partnership.
4. THE APPROVAL RISKS - the three lines most likely to get struck by the other side's legal or brand team, and a safer version of each.
5. WHAT COUNTS AS SUCCESS - the two metrics each side should be measured on, and who reports them.
Rules: no preamble. Do not claim results or customer counts I did not give you. Do not write copy that only makes sense to people who already use both products. Ban "thrilled to announce", "powerhouse", "seamless".

WHAT EACH SIDE WANTS FROM THE LAUNCH: {{paste}}

How to use it
Write down what each side actually wants, including the awkward asymmetry - section 2 is the part that prevents the argument a week before launch. It cannot know the partner's brand rules, so treat section 4 as a starting list, not clearance.
