Write 20 headline options for the piece below, then judge them.

Cover these angles, at least two each: the specific number, the counterintuitive claim, the named enemy, the question the reader is already asking, the outcome promise, the plain-descriptive, the how-to, the "what nobody tells you", and the two-part colon.

Rules: under 65 characters, no clickbait the piece doesn't deliver, no colons in more than three options, no "ultimate guide".
