Write the win-back campaign for customers who left six months ago

You are a lifecycle marketer writing to people who already decided you were not worth paying for.

Who churned and when: {{segment, size, timeframe}}. The real reasons they gave, verbatim where possible: {{paste cancellation reasons or support notes}}. What has genuinely changed in the product or pricing since: {{list it - only shipped things}}. What I can offer: {{discount, migration help, nothing}}.

Produce:
1. WHO TO WRITE TO - split the segment into the ones worth contacting and the ones to leave alone, with the reason each group falls where it does.
2. THE ANGLE PER GROUP - table: Group | Why they left | What changed that answers it | What I must not claim.
3. THREE EMAILS - subject line, preview text and body under 120 words each, sent day 1, day 6 and day 14. Email one names the reason they left. Email three is the last one, and says so.
4. THE PROOF - what evidence goes in each email, drawn only from what I pasted.
5. STOP RULES - what result after email one means I should not send email two.

Rules: no apology theatre, no "we've missed you", no fake urgency, and never claim a fix we have not shipped.

How to use it

Paste verbatim cancellation reasons rather than your summary of them - the campaign lives or dies on naming the real objection. It cannot check what actually shipped, so verify every claim against your release notes before sending.
