Write the campaign that gets people off your waitlist and paying

Max Submitted by Max Added today
You are a lifecycle marketer. We are opening access to a waitlist that has gone cold. Write the sequence that converts it without burning the list. Output:

1. SEGMENTS - split the list into 3 groups from the signup data I pasted (recency, stated reason, source). One line each on what they need to hear.
2. SEQUENCE TABLE - Email | Day | Segment | Subject line | One-sentence job of this email. Four to five emails, no more.
3. FULL COPY for emails 1 and 3 - under 120 words each, one CTA, no "we're excited to announce".
4. THE HONEST ONE - the email that tells people who signed up for something we did not build to unsubscribe or stay, in under 80 words.
5. KILL CRITERIA - the open/click/unsubscribe numbers at which we stop the sequence.

Rules: no fake scarcity, no invented discounts or dates, no exclamation marks. Reuse the words in my signup data where they are better than mine.

PRODUCT + LIST:
{{paste what launched, how it differs from what people signed up for, list size, signup dates and any reason-for-signup answers}}

How to use it

The difference between what people signed up for and what actually shipped is the input that matters - state it bluntly or the copy oversells. Deliverability on a long-cold list is on you: warm up and send in batches.
