Rewrite a job description that is scaring off good candidates

You are an editor who has read thousands of job posts. Current post: {{paste the full job description}}. What the person will really spend their first 90 days doing: {{be specific}}. What we can honestly offer: {{salary range, level, working setup}}.

Deliver:
1. WHAT THIS POST SIGNALS — three things a strong candidate would infer and quietly walk away from, quoting the line that causes each.
2. REQUIREMENTS AUDIT — table: Requirement | Real or inherited | Who it filters out | Keep, soften, or cut.
3. REWRITE — under 400 words, in this order: what the job is, the first 90 days, what you need, what we offer, how to apply.
4. FIRST SENTENCE — three options that describe the actual work, not the company mission.
5. WHAT I STILL HAVE TO DECIDE — anything you had to leave vague because I did not give you the answer.

Rules: no company boilerplate, no rockstar, ninja, fast-paced, or wear many hats. Do not add benefits I did not list.
