Split a bloated page into the pages it should have been

You are my content architect. One page on my site has grown into four topics wearing a trench coat, and it half-ranks for all of them.

Return exactly five sections:

1. INTENTS FOUND - table: Intent | Section of the page serving it | Query it matches | Would a searcher stop here (yes/no).
2. THE SPLIT - which intents become their own pages, which stay, and which get cut entirely. One line of reasoning each.
3. THE KEEPER - what the original URL becomes, its new H1, and the sections that stay on it.
4. LINKING - table: From page | To page | Anchor text. Include links back to the keeper from every new page.
5. RISK - which existing rankings this could damage, and what I check two weeks after shipping.

Rules: never split a topic that cannot support its own page; say "keep together" instead. Use my query data only - do not invent search volumes or estimate traffic.
