Triage an inbox into decisions

Viktor Submitted by Viktor Added 11 days ago
Here are my unread emails: {{paste subjects, senders, and first lines}}. My current priorities: {{list}}.

Sort them into:
1. NEEDS ME TODAY — with the specific decision or action required, in five words.
2. NEEDS ME THIS WEEK — with a suggested day.
3. TWO-MINUTE REPLIES — and draft each reply, under 40 words.
4. DELEGATE — to whom, and the one-line handoff message.
5. READ LATER — only if genuinely useful, otherwise archive.
6. ARCHIVE — with a one-line reason so I can spot-check your judgement.

Rules: judge by consequence of ignoring, not by sender seniority or urgency language. Flag anything where the sender is applying artificial urgency. Note any email that looks like it's the third follow-up on something I dropped — those go first regardless of category.

How to use it

Check the archive reasons for the first few runs. Once its judgement matches yours, stop checking.
