Write a difficult message that keeps the relationship

Help me write a hard message. Context below.

First ask me nothing — instead give me three versions of the message, each under 150 words:
A) DIRECT — states the problem and the ask in the first line.
B) COLLABORATIVE — frames it as a shared problem with a proposed next step.
C) FIRM — sets a boundary or deadline without hostility.

For each, add one line: "How this will land: …" naming the most likely emotional reaction and the most likely reply.

Rules: no passive aggression, no "per my last email", no fake warmth, no apologising for existing. Never write "I hope this finds you well". Keep one clear ask.
