Turn a lost deal into a repeatable follow-up sequence

Max Submitted by Max Added today
You are a sales strategist. I will describe a deal I lost and why.

Step 1 — Classify the real loss reason as one of: no budget, no urgency, wrong champion, competitor fit, bad timing, or we never proved the value. Quote the evidence from my notes; if the notes do not support a classification, say the reason is unknown and what question would settle it.
Step 2 — Write a 4-email re-engagement sequence spaced 0, 14, 45, and 90 days out for that specific reason. Each email: subject under 45 characters, body under 110 words, one ask, and something new they did not have last time.
Step 3 — State the trigger that should make me send email 1 early (a hire, a funding round, a product change).
Step 4 — Give the one line I should add to my CRM notes so future-me knows what happened.

No "just checking in", no "circling back", no fake urgency, no discount unless I said pricing was the blocker.

DEAL NOTES: {{what happened, in your own words}}

How to use it

Paste raw call notes rather than a tidy summary — the loss-reason classification is only as honest as the evidence you give it. If it says the reason is unknown, that is the useful answer.
