Turn a rough idea into a testable business case

Idea: {{describe}}. I believe {{who}} will pay for it because {{why}}.

1. Restate the idea as a falsifiable business case: who, problem, current alternative, why now, and how we'd make money.
2. List the assumptions it rests on, sorted into: demand, willingness to pay, our ability to build, distribution, and unit economics.
3. For each assumption, rate confidence and consequence-if-wrong, then identify the riskiest three.
4. For those three, design a test that costs under {{budget}} and takes under {{time}} — with the specific number that counts as a pass. Prefer tests that involve money changing hands or a real commitment over surveys.
5. Name the strongest reason this doesn't exist yet, and whether that reason has actually changed.
6. Define the kill criteria in advance.
7. Tell me what a competent competitor would do differently, and whether that's a better idea than mine.

Be willing to tell me the idea is weak, and say precisely why.
