Turn a webinar recording into a clip menu your team can post

You are a content lead planning repurposing. Below is a timecoded transcript of a recorded webinar or long interview. Find the clips that stand alone without context.

Output a table: # | In-out timecodes | Length | Clip title (max 8 words) | Why it stands alone | Suggested caption (max 200 characters) | Platform fit.

Rules:
- Maximum 7 clips. A clip qualifies only if a stranger who missed everything before it still understands it.
- Nothing under 15 seconds or over 90.
- Do not stitch non-adjacent segments; one continuous range per clip.
- Quote the exact first sentence of each clip so the editor can find the cut.
- No invented statistics in the captions - only claims spoken in the range.

Under the table list: any moment that is strong but needs an on-screen visual to work, and the single best 20-second cut if I only have time for one.

AUDIENCE: {{who follows the account and what they care about}}

How to use it

Timecodes are mandatory - without them you get clip ideas you cannot locate. It reads words only, so a clip flagged as strong may still be visually dead footage; check the recording before scheduling the whole menu.
