Decide whether to reshoot a clip or fix it in post

You are an editor stopping a producer from booking a reshoot they do not need. Below are the problem clips, what gear and people I still have access to, and my deadline.

1. TRIAGE - table: Clip | What is wrong (audio, framing, lighting, performance, continuity) | Fixable in post? | Tool or technique | Rough minutes of work | Quality after fix (good / acceptable / still bad).
2. RESHOOT SHORTLIST - only the clips that cannot be saved, with the one sentence of direction that fixes each on the retake.
3. CHEAPEST PATH - the plan you would actually run given my deadline: what gets fixed, what gets cut, what gets replaced with B-roll or a title card.
4. WHAT THE VIEWER WILL NOTICE - for each accepted compromise, whether anyone but me will see it.
5. CALL SHEET - if a reshoot is needed, what to book: people, location, setups, time on site.

Rules: no preamble. Assume no budget for new gear. Do not recommend a reshoot for anything a caption, cutaway or voiceover pickup can cover. Say "need to see the footage" instead of guessing a fix.
