Decide what to do with an old video that still gets views

1. WHAT IS NOW WRONG - table: Timecode or section | What it claims | Status (still true / outdated / embarrassing) | Fix (re-record line, title card, cut, leave).
2. THE VERDICT - leave it, patch it, re-cut from existing footage, or reshoot - with the reason in two sentences and the effort it costs.
3. PATCH PLAN - if patching: the exact lines to re-record or overlay, where each goes, and the new voiceover text verbatim.
4. METADATA PASS - new title, first two lines of description, pinned comment correcting anything we are not re-editing, and updated chapters.
5. WHAT NOT TO TOUCH - the parts earning the views; they survive any edit.
